We were honored to volunteer and be a part of the Inaugural 5K for Annie's Choice. Annie's Choice is a non-profit organization whose mission is to prevent suicide among teenagers by providing support, resources, and education to promote mental health and well-being. We strive to create a world where every teenager feels valued, supported, and empowered to seek help when needed. We believe that suicide is preventable, and we are committed to raising awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Annie's Choice encourages teens to find their anchor, or something that provides a sense of stability and security in our lives. It can be a person, a place, a routine, or an activity that helps you feel grounded and centered. Dance is our anchor, what's yours?
